It’s always an incredible honor to photograph a person in my industry, a little intimidating sometimes, because they are fellow artists. But it’s always fun because these folks bring their A game. And this husband-wife duo brought their A+ game. Zues and Jen from Cabana Pictures are incredibly talented wedding cinematographers. I can’t say enough about them. They make cinematography look good too

I get to photograph engaged and newlywed couples all the time. But when I get to photograph couples that have been married for years, it’s pretty awesome. Daniel & Michelle have been married for almost 7 years and if I didn’t know it, I would think they were newlyweds
The glow of love and friendship is still there and my lens loved capturing this rare beauty. Thank you Michelle and Daniel for being rock-star models!

I first met this family in January 2009 when I was contacted to photograph the wedding of John & Patricia’s daughter, Lisa. They all welcomed me with a BIG hug and it all started from there…
Patricia is my biggest fan…
I know this because she’s been a constant supporter and follower of the blog. Her heartfelt and hilarious e-mails touch me to the core and I know she appreciates the art of what I do. I feel lucky to capture all the milestones of this beautiful family…the engagement and wedding of Lisa & Gabe, these anniversary pictures and Lisa & Gabe’s new arrival of baby V in December! 3 generations
I can’t imagine what it would be like to be married for 37 years. But I hope I’m as happy as these two. They reminded me of two teenagers in love. Next time we go to the park, I’ll remember bug spray because we got malled (and a chair)!
